
Our group strives to promote happy, healthy, balanced lifestyles through sport. The group will provide informational resources, motivation, physical and mental support, as well as inspiration for each individual. Group activities will enhance individual training and assist each individual to reach his or her goals.
Our primary goal is to encourage an active, healthy life by assisting and championing new athletes. As newcomers or returners take their first pool lengths, bike a bit farther or become a “runner” – Long Trail Multi-Sport will be there to support and motivate. The group’s secondary goal is to help the advanced beginner and more elite athletes reach their goals and set new personal bests.
Through the pursuit of sport and competition, Long Trail Multi-Sport seeks to support, motivate, and champion newcomers and returning veterans, and to provide a supportive push to elite athletes as they strive to achieve newer and more challenging personal goals. The group will provide information from experienced athletes, physical and mental support, as well as motivation through group activities, events, and online resources.
